High prices for the community.
My husband and I are new to lake Sherman village. The office staff here went above and beyond to help us move into our new home. I love our beautiful home, the maintenance team are wonderful. I only have to call once and they are right here. The park is very safe, friendly and child and pet friendly. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to live in a quiet safe friendly community in a country setting. This is the place for you.
I called to get information and the person who answered was INCREDIBLY rude. If you're looking for an apartment in this area, I would suggest moving on unless you want to get barked at and and hung up on. I didn't even have time to get a word in before being hung up on.
Clean park. My friend lives here and everyone seems very nice in this community. I even take my kids trick or treating here
